We design and manufacture coextrusion feedblocks and convoyer blocks, customized for every type of plant and production line.
Our feedblocks are mainly distinguished by geometry and structure:

Geometry

Fixed: the internal polymer flow passages cannot be dynamically adjusted.
Variable: it is possible to dynamically regulate the polymer flow passages, adjusting internal pressures to optimize distribution.

Structure

Fixed: the configuration (for example ABA) is stable and not modifiable.
Variable: thanks to selector valves or interchangeable plates, the internal structure can be modified according to production needs.
