CFA - Simple Flat Die

The CFA flat die is designed for the extrusion of film and sheet with indicative thicknesses ranging from 0.2 to 2.5 mm. It offers an essential yet flexible configuration, with the option for width adjustment (PI option) to meet various production requirements.
Profile control is ensured by pull&push bolts or push-only bolts, and the die is designed for a possible integration of the automatic thermal bolt system (ETP option), allowing a more precise and automated material distribution.
