CFK - Flat Die for Hollow Sheet

Designed for the extrusion of hollow sheets in materials such as PP, PC, and HDPE, the CFK die, in its CFK-V version, is equipped with two regulation flow bars integrated into the front blocks, allowing precise adjustment of the flow of the coextruded materials. In this same area, the fore lips are fixed, while a central profile male is mounted at the front of the monoblock, firmly secured with dedicated screws to guarantee structural solidity and geometric precision.
For simpler production needs and lower flow rates, the CFK-P variant is available, featuring a single channel with one flow control bar and interchangeable front tooling, offering a more compact and versatile solution.
